The Spark Pass is a 4-session accelerator designed specifically for developing school athletes. It’s more than just four classes, it’s a full athletic assessment including a biometric scan, a coaching consultation, and a roadmap to help your athlete transition from "playing sports" to "training like an athlete."

Whether they are looking to get off the bench or preparing for a high-school varsity roster, we focus on foundational skills (proper form, agility, and strength) that benefit every skill level.
